In Search of Sherlock at St. Bart's Hospital
Fans of BBC's "Sherlock" will understand why I'm standing outside St. Bartholomew's Hospital in London pointing up at the roof. (Spoiler Alert! - If you haven't watched the finale of Sherlock - Season Two, STOP READING NOW!)
OK, call me crazy, but I was excited to stand on the exact spot where Sherlock landed after jumping to his apparent death from the roof of St. Bart's Hospital to save his friends from Moriarty's revenge. My sister warily asked if I was going to lay down on the sidewalk, but I did exercise a modicum of self control as you see here. The bus driver exercised a modicum of self preservation by trying to escape the scene as quickly as possible.
Well, as we "Sherlock" fans who survived the hiatus between Season Two and Season Three know, Sherlock survived to deduce another day and we're now waiting impatiently for Season Four to be filmed.
The good news is that the BBC's Victorian Sherlock special will be aired on New Year's Day and then released to select theatres nationwide on January 5th & 6th, 2016. Can't wait! See you at the movies!
